Position Summary

This will be our client’s first Territory Sales Manager, so your primary responsibility is to initiate and maintain strong patient-referral relationships with primary care providers; specifically Pediatricians and Family Practice physicians (FPNPs too). There will be additional opportunities with hospitals and schools as well. Additionally, this role requires the development of a data-driven sales strategy to help establish KPIs and benchmarks for future expansion and effectiveness.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Entrepreneurial attitude

  • Up to 25% travel

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated strong organization, time-management, and reporting experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office or G-suite

  • Quantitative and problem-solving thought processes

  • Interest in improving access to youth mental healthcare
