Position Summary
This will be our client’s first Territory Sales Manager, so your primary responsibility is to initiate and maintain strong patient-referral relationships with primary care providers; specifically Pediatricians and Family Practice physicians (FPNPs too). There will be additional opportunities with hospitals and schools as well. Additionally, this role requires the development of a data-driven sales strategy to help establish KPIs and benchmarks for future expansion and effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Entrepreneurial attitude
Up to 25% travel
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated strong organization, time-management, and reporting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office or G-suite
Quantitative and problem-solving thought processes
Interest in improving access to youth mental healthcare
